Please phone for appointments 4-5 days in advance to enable the best choice of times to be available to you.
Our appointments are scheduled at 15 minute intervals.
Please book a long appointment for cervical screening tests, complex medical issues, insurance or pre-employment medicals as well as any forms that need to be completed by your Doctor or Nurse
If more than one family member is required to see the Doctor at the same time, separate appointments must be made.
We do try to maintain appointment times, although this is sometimes very difficult. We ask for your patience and understanding. You may find if helpful to phone the surgery to find out if the Doctor is running late.
Please advise reception when making your appointment if you require an interpreter service.
We do take urgent appointments on the day, however as we are often fully booked, we ask that you phone at 8:30am on the day.
We only have a few urgent appointments available per session, so a priority system must be in place. We ask that offence not be taken if the receptionist or nurse asks the general nature of your problem.
Walk-in patients will be triaged and given an appointment appropriate to the urgency of the problem.
