If it is an emergency please call 000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Appointments for patients with flu-like symptoms<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I<\/strong>f you have any flu-like symptoms i.e\u00a0 cough, high temps, runny nose etc \u00a0you can still be seen by a Doctor or nurse but we try to keep you out of the waiting room to avoid spreading to other patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please call the surgery and give the reception staff your symptoms <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the time of your appointment please make your way to the rear of the surgery and phone reception to make us aware of your arrival. You can either wait outside or in a room at the back of the surgery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Telehealth<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Doctors may decide it is appropriate to have a consultation with you over the phone.
